1. General commitment

MSI – Advanced Monitoring Technologies (the "Company" or "we") is committed to making its digital services accessible and ensuring equal rights for people with disabilities, in accordance with Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA, aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practicable).

The website www.msitech.co.il (the "Site") is designed to enable all users—including people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, neurodiverse and other disabilities—to browse, find information, contact us and use our services independently, with dignity, safely and on equal terms.

2. Accessibility standard and conformance level

The Site is intended to meet SI 5568 at Level AA, aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA principles and success criteria, as far as practicable within the Site's architecture.

3. Accessibility features implemented

The Site includes a persistent accessibility menu offering, among others:

  • Text size increase/decrease
  • Readable font
  • Line spacing and letter spacing controls
  • Link and heading highlighting
  • High contrast (dark/light) modes
  • Monochrome and colour inversion
  • Animation reduction
  • Enlarged cursor
  • Reading guide bar

Additionally: semantic structure, RTL/LTR support, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, responsive layout, and alternative text for meaningful images where available.

4. Browsers and assistive technologies

The Site supports current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, and common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and OS-level zoom.

5. Documents, media and third-party content

External documents (PDFs, downloads, embedded third-party media) may not be fully accessible. Upon request we will endeavour to provide information in an accessible alternative format.

6. Known limitations

Some legacy PDFs, archive images without full alt text, third-party components and verbatim migrated content may not yet be fully accessible. We continue ongoing audits and improvements.
