This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how MSI – Advanced Monitoring Technologies (the "Company", "we", "us" or "MSI") collects, uses, stores, processes, protects, shares and otherwise handles personal data in connection with the website www.msitech.co.il, customer enquiries, professional services and any other digital channel operated by us.

This Policy is drafted in accordance with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, applicable Israeli regulatory requirements, and GDPR principles where they apply to processing of data relating to individuals in the EU/EEA.

Absolute protection of information systems cannot be guaranteed; we work to reduce risks in line with accepted standards.

Enquiries not converted to projects – up to 24 months, unless otherwise required.
Contractual/project data – for the term of engagement and up to 7 years thereafter for legal/accounting/statute-of-limitations purposes.

Thereafter, data will be deleted, anonymised or stored in a restricted archive where possible.
